Sanjay Pal
President & Founder
Sanjay Pal, a 2004 graduate of IIT Roorkee, started helping and financing underprivileged students in 2006. He organised Roorkee's first education mega-fest, Pathshala to Profession, in 2008, connecting 8,000+ children with educational guidance. He co-established Sansaar Gyaan Pathshala, a free school serving 700+ students, and set up the first computer lab in a remote government school in District Haridwar. He formally registered ULLAS Charitable Trust in 2021 to scale impact across Education, Culture, Health, and Environment.
Akansha Tyagi

Experienced researcher with a background in higher education. Skilled in Market Research, Management, and Soft Skills. MBA focused on HR, OB, Research Methodology, and Mindfulness. Certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapy coach. Building a startup incubated at TIDES, IIT Roorkee and supported by India SME Forum.

Currently a Senior Technical Project Consultant with a leading US healthcare company, leading technology and transformation initiatives for global clients in the ANZ and US regions. Brings strong leadership, strategic planning, and project execution expertise to ULLAS.

Product Manager based in London, deeply connected to Bharat and its rich heritage. Mother of two, Tanu believes every child deserves quality education and a safe environment.
